Even the changes we choose can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and unlike ourselves. Whether you're navigating your twenties, starting a new career, moving, getting married, becoming a parent, experiencing loss, or simply feeling unsure of what's next, life transitions can challenge your sense of stability and identity. Together, we'll create space to process change, regulate your nervous system, and help you move through uncertainty with greater confidence and clarity.
-
Parenthood can be one of life's most meaningful experiences—and one of its most challenging. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, adjusting to new parenthood, balancing the mental load, navigating postpartum changes, or trying to parent differently than you were parented, therapy offers a space that's just for you. We'll work together to help you care for yourself while caring for those you love.
-
Our relationships shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. Whether you're struggling with communication, conflict, boundaries, dating, friendships, family relationships, or feeling disconnected from your partner, therapy can help you better understand your patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling connections rooted in authenticity and trust.
-
The ways we learned to survive growing up often follow us into adulthood. If you've ever found yourself asking, "Why do I keep ending up here?" you're not alone. Whether you're carrying wounds from your relationship with a parent, repeating unhealthy family dynamics, navigating difficult or estranged relationships, or balancing cultural or generational expectations, therapy can help you make sense of where these patterns began. Together, we'll honor your story while creating new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel healthier, more authentic, and aligned with who you want to become.
-
Anxiety and depression can make even everyday life feel exhausting. Whether you're constantly overthinking, feeling emotionally drained, experiencing panic, losing motivation, or simply not feeling like yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we can help you better understand what's happening beneath the surface, develop practical coping tools, and reconnect with a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.

Who I Treat
-
Sometimes, what we need most is a space that's entirely our own. Individual therapy offers a dedicated time each week to slow down, feel heard without judgment, and explore what's weighing on you with someone who's fully in your corner. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, uncover patterns, and help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
-
Healthy relationships don't happen by chance—they're built with intention. Whether you're feeling disconnected, caught in recurring conflict, looking to strengthen your communication, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, couples therapy provides a space to better understand one another and navigate life's many seasons together. From preparing for marriage to navigating parenthood, infertility, or a major life transition, we'll work together to build a partnership rooted in understanding, trust, and emotional connection.

I do not take insurance, but I do provide superbills!
I offer the option of superbills, which is a receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You will need to check if you have out-of-network mental health benefits through your insurance. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible for out-of-network coverage? Has it been met?
What percentage of each session will I receive as reimbursement?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need and current availability. Please reach out to inquire about current openings.
